IF YOU PREFER TO ORDER BY MAIL complete the order form provided. To insure accuracy, we suggest you double check all information. Include a telephone number where you can be contacted during the day should we need additional information. We process your order the day it is received.
WE STRIVE TO SHIP THE SAME DAY your order for in-stock merchandise. Allow 2-4 weeks for normal delivery time.
CUSTOM ORDERS, such as carpet mats, personalized or made-to-order items, may require 4-6 weeks delivery time.
PAYMENT CAN BE MADE by credit card, check, money order or certified check. Make all checks and money orders payable to Lauren Engineering. We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are welcome and can be conveniently placed via mail or telephone. All international orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds by money order or cashier's check. Freight charges will be quoted on request. IF PAID BY CREDIT CARD there will be a 2% surcharge.
PRICES are subject to change without notice. We will strive to maintain the prices in this catalog until September 30, 2009. Lauren Engineering is not responsible for printing errors.

SHIPPING AND HANDLINGWE SHIP BY FEDERAL EXPRESS (FED-EX) whenever possible, so please include your zip code, street address and apartment number, if applicable. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. If you have a post office box, we must ship by U.S. mail.
DELAYS IN SHIPPING can occur for these reasons: (1) Payment by check-we allow 3 weeks for clearance. (2) Custom order items require additional time. Expect delivery in 4-6 weeks. (3) Item is temporarily out of stock, but shipment is expected shortly.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT, just call our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Authorization Number within two weeks from receipt of merchandise. Authorization numbers are valid for 30 days. Any returns without authorization numbers will be refused. Of course, all merchandise must be in new, unused condition in the original container. All hardware, instructions and labels must be included.
Absolutely no returns are accepted on any personalized items, custom or special orders.
There is a 25% restocking charge on all returned merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you refused a shipping because you do not want it, shipping both ways will be deducted from your refund plus a restocking fee will be charged.
Freight on returned items must be prepaid.
There is a $50 fee for cancelled orders or refused shipment orders. This is to cover the cost of credit card processing fees, paper work and phone calls. There is a $50 fee for all returned checks or credit card charge backs.
WE GUARANTEE ALL MERCHANDISE for 30 days against defects in materials and workmanship. If you have defective merchandise, call our Customer Service Department for return instructions and a Return Authorization Number. Any returns without authorization will be refused. Labor charges incurred during installation, repair or removal of a product are not the responsibility of Lauren Engineering
