WE STRIVE TO SHIP THE SAME DAY your order for in-stock merchandise. Allow 2-4 weeks for normal delivery time.
WE SHIP BY FEDERAL EXPRESS (FED-EX) whenever possible, so please include your zip code, street address, apartment number and telephone number, if applicable. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. If you have a post office box, we must ship by U.S. mail.
DELAYS IN SHIPPING can occur for these reasons:
(1) Payment by check-we allow 7 working days for clearance.
(2) Custom order items require additional time. Expect delivery in 2-4 weeks.
(3) Item is temporarily out of stock, but shipment is expected shortly.
NOSES AND OTHER FREIGHT COLLECT ITEMS
Items that are larger than oversize three, such as noses, must be shipped by a freight company. These items are freight collect; meaning you pay the shipping charges when the item is delivered. We can not give you a shipping price on the freight collect items. You must call the freight company yourself and they will give you a quote. We do receive a discount that will be passed on to you. Please call us before you call for a quote, so we can give you the weight and box size and freight company to be used.
To become a wholesale account holder you must have a resale card on file with us, an initial stocking order of $5,000 and must have a minimum of $12,000 per year. All these conditions must be met each year to keep a wholesale account with us.
